Advanced Module in Diabetes Mellitus

A one day "add on" to the Foundation Module.

Topics include:

• Weight Management in type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
• Concepts of Structured Patient Education.
• Psychological Issues Affecting People with Diabetes Mellitus.
• Cardiovascular Disease and Diabetes Mellitus.

Cardio Vascular Disease Module

A further one day programme which may be added on to the previous two modules. Aimed at the intensive treament of the insulin resistant person with type 2 diabetes.
